Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to most countries! Currently we cannot ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Our headquarters are in Charlotte, NC, and we dispatch all orders from there.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient options:
1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivers in 10-15 business days after 1-2 day processing
2. Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivers in 15-25 business days after processing
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package’s journey from our warehouse to your wardrobe!

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

Do you offer exchanges?
Currently we process returns only. For a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order after your return is completed. This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible.
